As a valued customer of Adams Electric & Plumbing LLC., we would like to invite you to participate in our planned service program for Heating / Air Conditioning. We will make two service calls per year, AS OUR SCHEDULE ALLOWS, at approximately six month apart. (START UP CALLS AND TROUBLE CALLS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE) One call for your air conditioner and one call for your furnace. Listed below is a copy of service that will be performed at each different visit.
COOLING CHECK
- Check for adequate refrigerant charge (FREON IS EXTRA)
- Lubricate all moving parts.
- Check the belt and adjust the tension.
- Replace or clean the filter. (FILTER INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE)
- Check the condensing coil.
- Check that the condensate drain is open.
HEATING CHECK
- Clean the burners if needed.
- Check the standing pilot.
- Check the electronic spark ignition control.
- Adjust the burner efficiency.
- Lubricate all moving parts.
- Check the belt and adjus tthe tension if needed.
- Replace or clean the filter (FILTER INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE)
- Check the fan control.
- Check the furnace for a cracked heat exchanger.
- Check the complete furnace cycle.
NO SPECIALTY FILTERS ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE. THAT INCLUDES HUMDIFIER PADS, SPACE GUARDS, AIR BEARE, AND ALLERGY FILTERS.
Remember! Preventive maintenance and cleaning will ensure longer years of life for your equipment! To be included in our planned service program please contact us and we'll get you signed up. After signing up for our planned service program we will fill out a planned service work order and contact you to setup your appointment.
